课程的教学目的：

国际私法作为法学专业高年级专业课程，主要包括国际私法总论、冲突法、国际民事诉讼法、国际商事仲裁法等内容。其中以冲突法和国际民事诉讼法为主体，主要讲授在涉外民商事纠纷案件中如何选择管辖法院和如何选择应当适用的法律。
As a major course of the senior law students, the private international law mainly includes of the General Survey, conflict rules, international civil procedure law, international commercial arbitration law etc. with the conflict rules and international procedure law as the main body. The contents mainly cover the choice of jurisdiction of court and choice of applicable law for settlement of disputes involving foreign elements.

第一编　国际私法导论（8学时）

Part One General Survey (8 lectures. )

知识点：国际私法的法律渊源，基本概念，国际私法的产生和发展，国际私法概念，国际私法的调整对象，国际私法的基本原则

Content: Source of Private International Law; the concept; History of Private International Law, the concept of Private International Law, Adjusted object of Private International Law, Determination of Private International Law;

重点：国际私法概念，国际私法的调整对象，国际私法的基本原则

第二编　国际私法主体（8学时）

知识点：法人国籍的冲突；外国法人的认许；法人的权利能力和行为能力；外国人民事法律地位的几种制度；自然人国籍的冲突；自然人的住所；自然人的权利能力和行为能力
